Hello !

Again, many thanks, Sharad!

Udaipur seems less congested, less aggressive than other areas we have visited. If this be so, I will leave our daughter in India with more peace in my mind. i'm enjoying a few travel-less days here at the Rang Niwas Palace reading and resting and eating. Night-before-last we concluded that the best service we have found in all India was at the Tiger Den Bandhavgarh. When I have my own computer I'll write the Trip Advisor and cc you. BTW, if it were advertised that having a driver is enormously useful for visitors and affordable, many first time visitors to India would be well served. What we need is comfort about the qualities of the driver: trust, ability, knowledge. Just the peace of mind of having a driver and guide was wonderful. Plus we did more different things, got off the beaten path, changed our journey, and had someone who could make things work for us. If there were a guide-service website with testimonials and references, I would immediately go there next time I do India. I know I will start with you.

Again, our sincere appreciation.
Jay

Hello !
We would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided us with before and during our recent trip to India. From the point of booking Yogesh was extremely efficient and dealt with all of my holiday queries quickly and accurately. This excellent level of service continued when we arrived in India. Mangeet who met us at the airport and stayed with us until we boarded the train was very helpful and made us feel very welcome to India. I could continue to list all the aspects of what was arranged for us because it was all of a first class standard. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in India and at the Tiger Den resort where the standard was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend your company to other people wishing to travel to India. In addition we had many wonderful sightings of tigers during our stay !

Having really enjoyed our trip and visiting Tala I would be interested in trying to develop a link with the local village school. Do you have any ideas as to how I could do this ? If not I can always write to Tiger Den directly and ask for their help - am I right in thinking that they do not have an email connection but do they have a fax line perhaps?. It is not a problem if not because I can always write a letter to them . What I was hoping to do was to get to know a member of staff at the school by writing to him/her and asking if there are items of stationery or other resources that the school needs and to help them out by sending these out from the UK. I would be interested in knowing whether you think that this would work. Having enjoyed our trip so much and having been made to feel so welcome by the people I would like to show our thanks on a practical level if at all possible.

Thank you and kind regards,

Katie

Dear Shailendra, Back in Australia from my excellent research trip of Rajasthan and Central India, I wish to thank you sincerely for the time you took in showing me your excellent property, and for the wonderful service that my husband and I were offered whilst staying at the Tiger's Den Resort. I was very impressed with your professionalism, and with your staff, and all the little extra things that added to a very memorable stay for us - made even more unforgettable by the excitement of seeing 6 tigers !

My India consultant and I are now working on incorporating Tiger's Den Resort into more of our itineraries, so we look forward to sending you many clients in the near future. Of course as you know, our tour operator in India is SITA, so all bookings would be made through them.

SITA are actually in the process of organising an educational of Rajasthan in April 2006 for our top 10 travel agents - from top agencies around Australia, and I am going to highly recommend to these agents that they consider doing a short tour of Central India at their expense. Of course this extra tour would include a stay at Tiger's Den Resort which will be very beneficial for these agents to have the experience of staying there. As soon as we know how many agents will take this extra tour, SITA will contact you to make reservations, so hopefully you can offer a very preferential rate.
Thanking you once again. Kind regards,
Joan Luguel

It was a pleasure to stay in your Resort from 14 until 17 November 2005. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. The food and accommodation was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will always remember our stay here. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. Excellent service !! Many thanks.
Next time Bandhavgarh is next time Tiger Den Resort. You gave us the most beautiful souvenir: The 3 CDs. Thank you for that. And of course we saw The Royal Bengal Tiger in Bandhavgarh NP.
With Kind Regards,
Albert & Brigitta Kuiper

We want to thank you for a wonderful time at the Tiger’s Den and Bandhavgarh….

We are still (after being home 2 weeks) glowing about the great time that we had seeing the tigers. The park, coupled with your wonderful facilities and outstanding food…..

what a way to spend time in India. Our trip to Kajuharo went very well…
We had left at 0500 and were at the airport by 10:15…..actually way too early for the 13:40 flight…
We recruited the services at the airport of a taxi driver to take us to see the temple complex in the town --- we had about 90 minutes to walk around before returning to the airport for the flight.

May I suggest that for future guests that are transferring to the airport, that maybe you can make arrangements for them to stop at the temple complex (time allowing)….before going to the airport….

The box breakfast and lunches were great….

You have a jewel at Tiger’s Den…good luck in the future….

Regards, Paul Backstrom

It is a true Oasis at Bandhavgarh. Wonderful, spacious rooms and bath. The best part is the loving, gentle, attentive care given by the staff. Anyone wanting the best there is, will be delighted with Tiger's Den.

We have just returned from our India trip which was most successful. A significant part of that success was the stay at Tigers Den Resort. The standard of service provided by Shailendra and his team was first class and the attention to detail way above some of the well known branded 5 star hotels. We also got some good views of Tigers in addition to other animals in the park which was a bonus also. Thanks for your assistance with this booking.

A most enjoyable and memorable stay. The courteous and personal attention paid to us by all the staff has made us feel very much at home. The food was great and the dining service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings peaceful and quiet, so we slept well. Our visit to Bandhavgarh has been a true highlight of our month long tour of India - including sighting of 7 Tigers.
- Dave and Marcia Miller

This was the highlight of our Indian trip. Mr. Shailendra Tiwari and his wife took care of us and made our staying here a kind of festival. Everything was in best order, Tiger's Den is a wonderful resort - and we compare this with our nights in Palaces and hotels with 5 stars and 4 stars. We felt to be cared by mother. The park was wonderful and the staff did everything to provide the best for us. Food and service excellent. We can recommend Tiger's Den warmly and we will, to all our friends.
- Dr Hilleshiem

It was a beautiful stay here in Tiger Den Lodge Bandhavgarh. The national park with its Tiger reserve is a fascinating side which helps to preserve the kingdom of the worlds most impression ant animals, his majesty, the King Tiger . Thank you for your hospitality.
Mr. Stuber Martin 26th Nov 2004

Mr/s Pajares Mercedes 24/02/05

Thank you very much for an excellent installment of our holiday here in India. Our holiday prior to Bandhavgarh had started off quite poorly but since arriving hear we have been very well looked after and could not asked for more from the staff . This has now set us up to enjoy the rest of our holiday. If any one is reading this I would wholeheartedly recommend the Tiger Den Resort and if we come back India it would be the first place we would look to book up . In summary , excellent service from meals through to game drives and best of all – some Tiger ! All the best & many thanks,
Mr/s Boyne 20th Nov 2004
